I joined ServiceNow as an Art Director in the award winning Thought Leadership department: Workflow by ServiceNow. Our primary focus was to produce forward thinking editorial content to demonstrate the visionary leadership of the executives and talent in the organization. My responsibilities included:
Lead the strategic realignment of ServiceNow's visual brand language for Thought Leadership, enhancing customer engagement through consistent and captivating storytelling.
Spearheaded the evolution of the award-winning Workflow online editorial, driving brand relevance and leadership through quarterly special reports and interactive experiences.
Direct cross-functional teams to craft visually stunning digital content using the Vev platform, boosting user engagement and brand visibility.
We gradually aligned Workflow’s visual language with the broader corporate brand—a coordinated effort that required a thoughtful, nuanced approach. By subtly weaving brand elements into the narratives we crafted, we created a smooth and seamless transition without disrupting the tone or integrity of the publication.

At ServiceNow, our team set out to tell a different kind of AI story—one that highlighted its potential not as a threat, but as a creative, constructive force. To bring that vision to life, I partnered with the incredibly talented animator Ryan Stubbs to produce this marquee animation.
What I love most about this piece is how it flips the script. Instead of the usual cold, mechanical imagery often associated with AI, we used one of the most iconic toys of childhood—stackable building blocks—to illustrate progress, possibility, and play. It’s simple, optimistic, and surprisingly moving in the way it reimagines technology as something joyful, human, and full of hope.
